Žut Island: The Ultimate Off-Grid Culinary Sanctuary

Located immediately adjacent to the Kornati National Park, the island of Žut ("Yellow" in Croatian) offers a highly unique, deeply specialized charter experience. The olive oil produced on Žut is highly prized for its intense, peppery flavor, harvested entirely by hand by mainlanders who travel to the island strictly for the autumn harvest.

Hiking to the island's highest peak, Tvrdomešnjak (174 meters), is a mandatory sunset ritual for visiting yachtsmen.
